Symetria is a Novabase product for financial organizations. It produces the reports that these organizations have to present regularly to regulators.

Role: UX Team Leader and Product Designer

Main Activities:

• UX team Leading in agile based setting
• Interface design using existing UI Kit
• Prototyping
• Created User Guide
• Part of the Product Roadmap definition team
• Regularly had to articulate with developers and business to define new features for the product
• Maintained the interaction specification guide.
