Fertagus ticket office (internal)

Project Info

Redesign of the vending system used by Fertagus ticket office operators to sell train tickets to passengers. The new design was touchscreen based and had to take into account the use of several external devices that had to be used to read and write different types of transportation and parking cards, and also issue receipts to passengers. The project required several testing sessions to guarantee the increase in the ticket office efficiency.
